HW #3
1. I personallly do not see this happing in our lifetimes because there is too much hype about the issue that people wouldnt let that happen.However if it were to ever happen the public reaction would be pure terror. People would fear in everything. Who and What can you trust?
2. I think that it is possible that something can be created that thinks and reasons with human, but it will never truely understand becuase it cannot feel the feelings itself. It will make humans be skeptical about whether they really know or not what they are feeling.
3. Machines can help us by doin things that are too dangerous or too hard for us fragal humans to do physically and mentally. However, they could always break down or something can go wrong. Its always an issue with modern technology.
4. I have had computers and phones that just shut off or something about them that does not work which leads me not to get something important accomplished.
